What we hold, why, and what your table can see.
Draft. An honest description of how the product handles data, written before legal review. Not yet the binding policy.
What we collect
- Your answers to the onboarding questions — these exist to seat you well and are the only thing the matching uses.
- Your name, email, and photo if you add one.
- Which dinners you booked, attended and missed.
- How you rated a venue and the people at your table.
What other members see
Your first name, age, the industry you work in and a few traits — and only once you're seated at the same table. Never your surname, your email or your exact address. How you rated someone is never shown to them.
Why we hold ratings
Per-person compatibility is what teaches the matching who to seat you with next. It's stored against your account, used only for that, and never shown to the person rated.
Deleting your account
Your profile, answers and connections are removed. Dinners you attended remain in other members' history — we can't take you out of somebody else's evening — but they'll show only a first name.
Who else is involved
Payment processing, email delivery and error reporting are handled by third parties who only receive what they need to do that job. Restaurants receive a table name and a headcount, not a guest list.
