Staying safe

Before you go

• Tell someone where you'll be. Share the venue and the time once we've revealed it.
• Sort your way home in advance, especially if you're drinking.
• Tell us about access needs early so we can pick a venue that works.
• Everything happens in the group chat until after the dinner — nobody can message you one-to-one before you've met.

On the night

• All of it is optional. You can leave at any point, without explaining.
• Keep an eye on your drink and your things.
• Hold back address, phone number and socials until you want to share them.
• Check allergens with the restaurant directly. We choose venues that can cater, but we don't cook the food.

Afterwards

• Use Connect to swap contacts. It only opens once you've both agreed.
• Never send money to someone you met here, however good the reason sounds.
• If something felt wrong, report it. You don't need proof and the person is never told who reported them.

If you're in danger

Call 999. Our reporting form reaches a person in hours, not seconds — it isn't an emergency service. Report it to us afterwards as well, so we can act on the account.
